Banana Bow ties (made in an air fryer).
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Peeled, chopped banana
- 1 Tbsp Packed brown sugar
- 20 Square wonton wrappers
- Chocolate syrup (explore your options for syrup as some have less protein than others)
Directions:
- Preheat air fryer to 370
- Combine banana and brown sugar in a small bowel.
- Lay out wonton wrappers and brush edges with water. Place a small amount of filling in the center of each one and close up. Pinch center for form a bow tie.
- Cook in small batches for 8-10 minutes. When done drizzle with chocolate.
