Chocolate rolls (made in an air fryer)
Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup Sugar, divided
- 1 Package pie crust (2 crusts) - low protein pie crusts
- 1 Cup Semi sweet chocolate chips (or chopped chocolate almond bark)
- Egg white or melted butter
- Powdered sugar
Directions:
- Spray fryer basket with cooking spray, and preheat to 370 degrees.
- Sprinkle working area with 2 T sugar and roll out pie crust. Sprinkle top with 2 more T sugar. Use a pizza cutter and cut to create a square.
- Cut to create 8 small rectangles. Place heaping tsp of chips at one end and roll up. Brush with egg whites (or butter for the lower protein version)
- Cook in batches 8-10 minutes and when cool sprinkle with powdered sugar.
