Herb potato chips (made in the air fryer)


 This recipe is made in the air fryer.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp Dill, thyme or rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic salt
  • 1/8 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 Unpeeled medium potatoes
  • 1 1/4 Cups Sour cream
Directions:
  1. Line air fryer with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees.
  3. Combine seasonings with salt and pepper
  4. Cut potatoes into thin slices and dry with paper towel.
  5. Spray potatoes with cooking spray.
  6. Cook in batches for 8-10 minutes and sprinkle with seasoning.
