This recipe is made in the air fryer.
Ingredients:
- 2 tsp Dill, thyme or rosemary
- 1/4 tsp Garlic salt
- 1/8 tsp Black pepper
- 2 Unpeeled medium potatoes
- 1 1/4 Cups Sour cream
Directions:
- Line air fryer with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
- Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees.
- Combine seasonings with salt and pepper
- Cut potatoes into thin slices and dry with paper towel.
- Spray potatoes with cooking spray.
- Cook in batches for 8-10 minutes and sprinkle with seasoning.
