Peaches with raspberry sauce.
This recipe is cooked in an air fryer
Ingredients:
- 10 oz Frozen raspberries, thawed
- 1 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp Packed brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Can peach halves
- 2 tsp Butter
Directions:
- Combine raspberries and lemon juice in a food process and process until smooth.
- Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees
- Combine brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Coat peach halves with mixture and place on foil cut side up. Dot with butter. Fold foil over leaving a small opening for steam to get out.
- Cook 10 minutes, until soft.
- Top with puréed mixture and serve
