Peaches with raspberry sauce (made in an air fryer)

 

Peaches with raspberry sauce.

This recipe is cooked in an air fryer

Ingredients:

  • 10 oz Frozen raspberries, thawed
  • 1 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp Packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Can peach halves
  • 2 tsp Butter
Directions:
  1. Combine raspberries and lemon juice in a food process and process until smooth.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees
  3. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Coat peach halves with mixture and place on foil cut side up. Dot with butter. Fold foil over leaving a small opening for steam to get out.
  4. Cook 10 minutes, until soft.
  5. Top with puréed mixture and serve
