Pineapple and Spiced Vanilla Sauce
This recipe is cooked in an air fryer.
Ingredients:
- 3 oz Cream cheese (Daiya cream cheese for low protein version)
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Half and half (Silk Dairy Free Half and Half)
- 1/4 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla
- Aluminum foil
- 2 tsp Butter
- 2 Thick, round slices of pineapple
- 1 Tbsp Brown sugar
Directions
- Place cream cheese, pumpkin spice, sugar, half and half and vanilla in food processor and process.
- Refrigerate mixture
- Place pineapple on the foil, sprinkle with brown sugar and fold up (allow top to stay open)
- Preheat fryer to 350 degrees and cook for 10 minutes
- Top pineapple with cream cheese mixture
