Spicy baked sweet potato chips (made in an air fryer)
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Ground red pepper
- 2 Medium sweet potatoes unpeeled, cut into strips
- 4 tsp Vegetable oil
Directions:
- Preheat air fryer to 370.
- Combine paprika, sugar, salt and pepper in a bowl and set aside.
- Place potatoes in a bowl and coat with the oil
- Cook in batches for 16-18 minutes, shake, sprinkle with seasoning and cook an additional 8-10 minutes.
