This recipe is cooked in an air fryer.
Ingredients:
- 2 Granny smith apples
- 1 tsp Butter melted
- 1/4 Unsweetened apple juice or cider
- 1 tsp Packed brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 2/3 Cup Yogurt (low protein yogurt)
- Walnuts (for high protein version)
Directions:
- Spray air fryer with cooking spray
- Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees
- Core and cut apples and toss with butter.
- Combine apple juice, brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl
- Pour over apples and toss.
- Cook 6-8 minutes until soft (shake halfway through).
- Serve with yogurt (And walnuts for high protein version)
